Following his career with KPMG, Graham has operated his own strategic growth consultancy. He was the first Independent Chair of the UK’s Insolvency Service and Companies Investigations, Branch, Executive Chair of the UK’s largest rail ticketing software company, CEO of a boutique Executive Search business and NED and Advisory Board member to several organisations.
He has experience of working in virtually every industry across private, public and not for profit sectors and now on helping scaling businesses to successfully navigate the growth journey.

Rashmi is an experienced Chartered Accountant, has worked in both public practice and management consultancy and has also owned and managed a Global Chemical Trading and Distribution business based in the UK, Belgium and Switzerland – the UK business was awarded the Queens Award for international Trade.
Her skills include strategic and operational planning and execution covering finance, and reporting, people management, supply chain logistics, international VAT, taxation, regulatory compliance, preparing the companies for sale, setting up and establishing new companies to digitally transform the processes of broking, trading and distribution.
As part of her management consultancy experience Rashmi worked with C-suite directors to achieve their organisational transformation goals.
She can focus on enhancing profitability through efficiency, capital allocation, programme management and change management, improved board reporting, decision making and communication.
